Amazon Kindle For Android

Amazon.com has announced that they are bringing a Kindle App for Android this summer!  Sweet!

They requirements at the moment are an Android phone running Android 1.6 and a SD card and will include features like Whisper Sync and direct purchases of books via the Kindle App.

A few weeks ago I purchased my first two Kindle books and read them on my Macbook so I'm looking forward to having the option of reading them on my Android phone as well.
