Sprint Hero 2.1 Official RC Leaked

It looks like the Android 2.1 and updated Sense is close to release for the Sprint HTC Hero as the release candidate for said update is already leaked onto the internet.
Of course the question now is whether or not I'm crazy enough to download and install it on my phone right now. I'll let you know if I do.

I've decided to throw caution to the wind and try the new release candidate update ROM. First I'm backing up all the data on my MicroSD card to my desktop PC and then I'll launch the application to flash the ROM.
