The guy who maintains this site is a bit of a geek or nerd, depending on your definition, and this site was created as an outlet for his various interests.  Right now he's checked into a 12 step program to help deal with his smartphone addiction and is happy to point out it's been more than seven months since his last smartphone purchase.  This is a good thing!  However, he's been spotted looking at other phones so he needs some "reminders" to chill out on that whole buying a new phone every few months thing.  You can always click here to find out more about him.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I just wanted to wish everyone who reads this blog a Happy Thanksgiving and that I hope everyone has a very nice holiday.

Anyone plan on hitting any of those Black Friday sales on the day after?  From what I've been reading on the net there seems to be a lot of good deals for the offering.  I'm still fence sitting on whether or not I'll go out and brave the night to stand in front of any stores.  Of course there is always the internet shopping option.

I'm planning to lug along the Macbook with me when I go to visit family tonight after work, along with my wireless router so I can surf the net from the comfort of a comfy recliner, and I may do a post or two while "on the road".

Take care everyone and have a safe, happy holiday!
